Working principle:

Use various forming pressure rollers to simulate the manual veneer action, and attach the surface decoration materials to the surface of the substrate. Generally, the center line or Z high point or Z low point of the profile is selected as the starting point, and the pressure roller is moved along the surface contour of the profile one by one. Points and fixed positions in sequence to form the envelope of the profile outline.

Wrapping material

1. Substrate: wood moldings, MDF, wood plastic, plastic steel, PVC, aluminum profiles and other lines. Requirements for the base material: it is a regular line profile, which can have grooves and curved surfaces, but each point must be a straight line in the longitudinal direction, with a certain pressure resistance, and the length is generally more than 40 cm to infinite.

2. Surface materials: PVC decorative film, decorative paper, solid wood veneer, Boeing board, composite aluminum film, etc. The width is determined according to the needs of the substrate and the selected model, generally less than 50 cm. For example, the Z widest film width of the 300-type universal coating machine is 30 cm. Generally used in rolls. At present, there are also extra-wide profiles of about 100 cm on the market. The solid wood veneer can be in rolls or sheets. The solid wood veneer is generally with non-woven fabric on the bottom. The surface material without non-woven fabric must not be glued through, and it is easy to break when cornering.

Wrapping machines are generally divided into two types: cold glue and hot glue.

1. The cold glue coating machine uses liquid glue. Liquid glue can be divided into solvent glue and water-based glue, and there are two kinds of glue coating methods: scraping coating and roller coating. The volatile solvent glue is applied by scraping, and the glue box is easy to seal to prevent the covering glue from volatilizing. Water-based adhesives and solvent adhesives with low volatility are generally applied by rollers for easy operation.

2. The hot glue coating machine uses solid glue, which is heated and melted in the hot glue box of the coating machine before use. Generally, the heating temperature of the coating glue is about 220°C. Suitable for pasting solid wood veneer and decorative paint paper.
